Imation Corp. Postpones Fourth Quarter and Year End 2015 Earnings Release and Conference Call

OAKDALE, Minn., Feb. 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ — Imation Corp. (NYSE:IMN) (“Imation” or the “Company”) announced today that it has postponed the earnings release and conference call, originally scheduled for Monday February 29, 2016, relating to its financial results for the three months and year ended December 31, 2015, to allow for additional time to finalize such financial results. The Company intends to release its financial results and file its Annual Report on Form 10-K no later than March 15, 2016. The Company will issue a subsequent press release announcing a rescheduled date for the earnings release and conference call.
